End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Bookbird ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized users, and all actions performed through your account. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, abuse, or unlawful use of the Service.
  • No interference with system integrity, security, or availability.
  • No unauthorized sharing of access credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online, Google, and IMAP providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

5. User Data and Content

You retain rights to your data (including email content and attachments). You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that data only to provide and secure the Service.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-assisted extraction features may produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. You must review results before relying on them for accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

7. Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Unless separately agreed, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed uptime SLA.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, or legal/security reasons. Certain provisions survive termination by their nature.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Service does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is limited as permitted under applicable law and any governing contract terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory local consumer/data-protection law requires otherwise. Courts of Limassol, Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
